Sweets ordered cannot be refunded once confirmed from our side. If the order is cancelled before the confirmation, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s account. In case of any issues, please drop a mail to us.
Items once delivered cannot be returned. If there is any issues related to quality, it should be communicated with proper data through mail or other communication channels specified within 24Hrs of receiving the order. SweeDesi will take up the same with concerned vendor and if found genuine, appropriate actions will be taken in favour of Customer.
In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempts, you shall still be charged for the order.
We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
