Refund policy

  • Sweets ordered cannot be refunded once confirmed and dispatched from our side. If the order is canceled before the confirmation and dispatch, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s account. In case of any issues, please drop a mail to us.
  • If the product you have received turns out to be damaged or the packing box is tempered, please notify us on mail id -  support@sweedesi.com , with in 24Hrs of receiving the product with images and details. An appropriate action will be taken accordingly.
  • Taste is subjective and cannot be a valid reason for any refund or replacement.
