The iconic Rawat Mishthan Bhandar - Creator of Pyaz Kachori
Boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, red garlic chutney, coriander, green chillies and a secret in house spice mix is mixed together for a delicious filling and stuffed inside a thick maida (refined flour) kachori, made khasta with the addition of oil during making of the dough, and fried till perfection is achieved with a crispy, flaky crust.
Note :-
- The Kachori may get little soggy and cold. Please reheat them and eat for better taste.
